Catering Policies
Placing or Changing Your Order

Orders can be placed or modified online, via email, or over the phone up to 72 hours before your Event Time or until we reach our capacity, whichever occurs first.

Please note that availability is subject to change, especially during peak seasons. We recommend placing your order as early as possible to secure your spot.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled with a full refund up to 72 hours before your Event Time.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of your Event Time will not be eligible for a refund, and the order will be processed as scheduled.

For any cancellation requests, please contact us immediately by email or phone to ensure proper handling.

Payment Policy

Payments are accepted via credit card only and are subject to a 3.75% processing fee.

Your credit card will be charged in full 72 hours before your Event Time, and a receipt will be automatically emailed to the address provided.

In the event that your credit card is declined during processing, you will be notified immediately. You must provide an alternative payment method no later than 48 hours before your Event Time to avoid order cancellation.

Additional Policies

Any adjustments to your order after the initial placement are subject to availability and approval.

Orders exceeding a specific amount may require a deposit or pre-approval.

Special requests, including dietary accommodations, must be made at the time of placing your order to ensure proper preparation.
